Mom S Party Herring Salad Recipe

Ingredients

2 cans diced beets, drained and chopped

1 jar herring filets in wine sauce, boned, skinned, drained

6 eggs, hard boiled, chopped

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup mayonnaise

4 tablespoons horseradish sauce, creamy

Mix well and chill at least an hour or so. Serve with toasts or plain round party crackers.
