Ingredients

1 pound flank steak

2 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon sesame seeds

1/4 teaspoon Black pepper

1 tablespoon sugar

2 green onions, chopped

1 garlic clove

1 accent or apinomoto to taste

Preparation

Cut beef into thin slices, add chopped green onions,garlic, sou sauce and all othe spices. Mix well and put into a plastic bag and refrigerate for 1 hour or longer, broil.
