Ingredients
4 cups Cooked White Potatoes, cut into diced cubes
1/2 cup Sweet Onions, diced
1/3 cup White Vinegar
3 tablespoons White Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
6 slices Cooked Bacon
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
1/4 cup Water
Preparation
Cook potatoes in a pot of boiling water until a fork can easily go through the potato. Drain the water in a colander and let potatoes cool.
Cook bacon in a large skillet. Keep bacon grease in skillet and remove bacon slices and place on the paper towels on a plate.
Add chopped onion to the bacon grease and cook until slightly browned.
Add vinegar, water, sugar, salt and pepper to the cooked onions in the fry pan.
Bring to a boil and crumble bacon into mixture.
Dice potatoes and place in large bowl and pour bacon& onion mixture over potatoes and mix well.
