Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
12 ounce blueberries
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoon lemon juice
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup butter
1 egg
1/2 cup whole milk
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375F.
Sift flour, baking powder, salt together and set aside.
Combine milk, egg, and vanilla and set aside.
Combine blueberries, sugar, lemon juice, water and bring to boil.
Place butter in mixing bowl and crease (?) butter until soft.
Alternately add sugar, dry ingredients, and milk mixture gradually while beating to make batter.
Pour hot mix into greased pan and pour batter on top.
Bake at 375F for 30 minutes
