There are so many different kinds of Oreos and pudding mixes out there these days, the flavor combinations are endless. To get the nice even layers use a piping bag for the pudding and cool whip.

Make pudding mix according to package directions and let it set in the fridge. Add cool whip to one piping bag and cut the bottom off. Add pudding to one piping bag and cut the bottom off Crush Oreos in food processor or in a bag with the zip lock closed and crush them with a rolling pin inside the bag. Layer the oreos, pudding and cool whip together in small glasses or in jars. Whatever you have on hand that would work for triffles.

Weight Watcher Friendly Pudding Parfaits
You can make this dessert Weight Watcher friendly by using sugar free pudding and lite cool whip with reduced fat oreos. But since sugar is considered high in points now, I decided not to figure out the points for this recipe. I’ve been so busy! This week I have 2 rehearsals and a concert on Thursday night. My friend and I who wrote the cookbook with, will be at the Bacon and Beer Festival on Saturday selling our book there. There is just way too much stuff going on! I can’t wait until this week is over with.
