Ingredients
125 grams melted butter (and cooled)
1 1/2 cups sifted flour
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup mint water (let mint sit in water for 1-24 hours - however strong you want the flavor to be)
3/4 cup grated chocolate
Preparation
Whisk all the ingredients in a large bowl
Bake at 325 degrees for 55 minutes to 1 hour
