Ingredients
225 grams Firm tofu
1 tablespoon Nuttelex
2 tablespoon Nutritional yeast
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoon Garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Onion powder
1/3 cup Coconut milk
1/4 cup Tamari
1 handful Salt + pepper
Preparation
Mash tofu in a bowl
Mix nutritional yeast, turmeric, dijon, garlic powder, onion powder, and coconut milk in a bowl and set aside.
Melt nuttelex in a pan and add tofu. Brown a bit.
Add coconut milk mixture and cook until you decide it’s done.
Add tamari and cook until the tofu absorbs it. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Sprinkle extra nutritional yeast on top and serve.
