Ingredients

1 Onion

1 cup Honeydew melon (cubed)

1 cup Watermelon (cubed)

1 cup Cantaloupe (cubed)

1 bundle Mint

1 bunch Arugula

1 Lemon

1/2 cup Macedonian Feta

1/4 cup Sunflower seeds (for topping)

Preparation

Chop up onion, place in small bowl, and squeeze juice of one lemon over them.

Cube Melons (honeydew, watermelon or cantaloupe)

Remove leaves from mint, add to a bowl with arugula

Use fingers to crumble macedonian feta into bowl, and add melon

Add Olive oil to onion and lemon, as well as salt and pepper. Mix

Pour over greens, and sprinkle with sunflower seeds.
