Ingredients

1 can Tuna in water

1 piece Onion (a big one cutted in slices or 2 medium)

1/2 cup Cretan Virgin Olive Oil

1/2 teaspoon Sugar

1 teaspoon Cretan Oregano (dry)

1 pinch Salt

1 pinch Black Pepper ground

1 can Tomatoes chopped

Preparation

In a casserole add the olive oil and heat it in medium heat.

Add the onion and saute until getting white stirring.

Add the tomato and sugar and let it cook for 15 minutes. It might need a little bit of water such as 1/2 of a waterglass.

Add the tuna in the sauce and cook for another 5 minutes and season with salt and pepper.

Stir occasionally the sauce in every step.

Reduce the heat to 0 and add the oregano, stir well and set aside.

Place the lid and leave it for few minutes while you cook the spaghetti.

Serve hot the tuna sauce on every spaghetti plate.

Cheese on the top is not nessecery as fish and cheese is not going together.
