Ingredients

1 pound Ground Beef

3 slices White Bread (torn into small pieces)

1 Egg

3/4 cup Milk

1 tablespoon Garlic Powder

1 tablespoon Onion Powder

2 teaspoons Dried Parsley

2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce

3/4 cup Ketchup

Preparation

Preheat over to 400F.

Combine all ingredients except ketchup and 1T of Worcestershire Sauce.

Mix all ingredients with hands until everything is evenly distributed.

Place mixture in a round glass pie dish forming a ring with a 2" center.

Sprinkle the top of the mixture with more garlic powder and onion powder and place in the preheated oven.

Bake for 30 minutes. Remove and drain grease. Bake for another 15 minutes.

Remove from oven and drain any more grease. Combine Ketchup and 1T Worcestershire in a small bowl and whisk until combined. Taste and adjust with more Worcestershire or ketchup as desired.

Spoon Ketchup mixture on top of meatloaf spreading over the entire surface. Sprinkle more dried parsley on top. Bake for an additional 15 minutes.

Allow meatloaf to rest at room temperature for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
