Ingredients
1 pound Extra lean ground beef
2 head Large onions
2 Large tomatoes
2 cloves Crushed garlic cloves
1 piece Crushed ginger 1 inch
1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
1 tablespoon Tomato paste
1/2 cup Chopped fresh coriander
1 tablespoon Flour
1/4 cup Vegetable or corn oil
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon Chili powder
2 tablespoons Ground coriander powder
1 tablespoon Garam Masala
Preparation
To ground beef add 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tbsp garam masala, flour and egg. Make small balls.
