Ingredients

8 eggs

250 grams red onion

150 grams yellow onion

1 tablespoon chilli powder

1 teaspoon turmeric powder

1 teaspoon rock salt

1 pinch white pepper powder

5 tablespoons oil

Preparation

Dice onion into three different sizes.

Give all ingredients in the bowl a good mix.

Place a large nonstick frying pan, over medium-high heat, and add 5 tbsp oil.

When the oil is shimmering, pour in egg mixture, ensuring it is evenly distributed in the pan.

Lower the heat to medium. Place the lit and wait for a minute.

Divide the omelette into 8 pieces. Once it is brown around the edges and appears to have set, carefully flip with a spatula.

Allow it to cook for 2 more minutes.
