Ingredients

2 sticks Butter

2 pounds Pork Sausage

2 loaves Sourdough Bread

4 Eggs

2 Onions

2 cups Celery

2 tablespoons Parsley

1/2 cup Parmesan

1 tablespoon Sage

2 tablespoons Poultry Seasoning

8 ounces Mushrooms

Preparation

Cook sausage and remove from pan.

Add butter, onions, celery to pan and sauté.

When softened add mushrooms, parsley and sage, poultry seasoning.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1hr.
