Ingredients
4 large chicken breasts, deboned and skinned
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 cup flour
3 tablespoons butter
2/3 cup chicken broth or white wine
1/2 cup ham, baked, sliced in thin strips
Preparation
Cut chicken breasts into 1 inch strips. Dredge in mixture of flour and spices. Brown in butter. Add chicken broth or white wine. Simmer 20 minutes. Wrap each piece in thin strip of sliced baked ham. Serve with toothpicks.
