Ingredients

1 cup Soy Sauce

3 tablespoons Brown Sugar

1/2 tablespoon Garlic Powder

1/4 cup Canola Oil

1 teaspoon Ground Ginger

4 pieces Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast/Thighs/Tenders

Preparation

Marinate at least 3 hours (better if all day) in fridge

BBQ for 5-7 minutes for tenders

Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes, turning once at 20 minutes for thighs
