Ingredients
1 can French-style green beans
1 can Leseur peas
1 can chop suey or chow mein vegetables
2 cups celery, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 onion, chopped
3/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup water
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Drain vegetables ANd place in a large bowl. Bring vinegar, water, sugar, and salt to a boil until sugar dissolves. Let cool a little and pour over the vegetables. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
