Ingredients
8 ounce Pasta, any shape you like
1/2 packet Ranch dressing mix
3/4 cup Mayonnaise
1/4 cup Sour cream
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard (optional)
1/3 cup Celery diced
1/3 cup Green onion diced/sliced
2 Hard boiled eggs chopped
1/4 dash garlic powder (optional)
Preparation
Cook pasta per directions for al dente. Immediately rinse with cold water.
Combine mayo, sour cream, dijon, garlic powder if using (I don’t usually), celery, onion and mix.
Stir in pasta and gently fold in eggs.
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Chill. Stir before serving.
Options: You can add peas, corn, bell pepper, or any vegetable, meat, etc. you like
