Ingredients

1 cup ketchup 

1/4 cup maple syrup 

1/4 cup dark-brown sugar 

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard 

2 to 3 teaspoons adobo sauce (without chipotles) 

Preparation

In a small saucepan, whisk together ketchup, maple syrup and dark-brown sugar, Dijon mustard, and adobo sauce.

Simmer, whisking occasionally, until sauce is reduced to 1 1/4 cups, 10 to 15 minutes.
