Easy 4 Ingredient Mango Popsicles and there’s a secret ingredient inside to give it some SouthWest flavor! Have you ever tried a fresh mango on a stick with some chili powder sprinkled on it? They are pretty delicious and that is where I got the idea to make these popsicles from. Fresh mangos can be kind of a pain to cut and can be hard to find fresh. That is why I chose to use frozen mango chunks in this recipe. You can find them in the freezer section of most grocery stores. Add in some chili powder and lime juice or if you think the taste of chili powder sounds weird just skip it!

Ice Pop Molds
To make popsicles you will need an ice pop mold. I really like this one from Prepworks by Progressive. To get the popsicles out of the mold, all you need to do is run them under warm water for a couple of seconds and they will pop right out of there. This is the easiest method I’ve found that works for storing homemade popsicles.
Popsicle Sticks
How to make Mango Lime Ice Pops
Combine defrosted mangos in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth. Add in lime juice, chili powder, and sugar and continue blended until everything is incorporated. Pour into ice pop molds. Add a popsicle stick to the center of ice pop and freeze for up to 4 hours.
