Ingredients

2 1/2 cups Sifted cake flour

3/4 teaspoon Baking powder

1/2 teaspoon Baking soda

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1 cup Sugar

1/2 cup Butter

2 Eggs

1 teaspoon Vanilla

1 cup Mashed bananas

1/4 cup Sour cream

Preparation

Sift the flour once

Measure, add baking powder, baking soda and salt. Sift again

Cream sugar and butter until the mixture is light and fluffy

Add eggs one at a time then add vanilla and beat well

Add dry ingredients alternately with bananas and sour cream

Beat until smooth after each addition

Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes for cupcakes 🧁 25 for cake 🍰

Use cake tester and make sure it comes out clean
