Ingredients
4 bundle Romaine Lettuce (Leafy tops cut off) and hearts sliced thin
3 pieces Carrots (halved and sliced thin)
12 pieces Brussel sprouts (sliced thin)
1 piece Red Onion OR Shallots (halved and sliced thin)
3 ear Ears of corn (kernels sliced off)
2 cups Red Cabbage (cut lengthwise and sliced thin)
2 cups Green Cabbage (cut lengthwise and sliced thin)
2 pieces Summer Squash / Zucchini (quartered and sliced thin)
1.5 cup Sliced Almonds (toasted)
1 cup Toasted Sunflower Seeds
.5 cups OPTIONAL dried cranberries
Preparation
Cut everything up, put it in a large ziploc bag with a folded paper towel on the bottom
Squeeze the air out and place in the fridge
