Ingredients
1 kg Beef
1/2 slice Squash
3 1/2 tablespoons Peanut Butter
1 1/2 pieces Sliced Onion (White/ Red)
1 piece Minced Garlic
1 cup Atsuete (dissolved in hot water)
1/3 cup Water
1 1/2 cups String Beans
750 grams Coconut Milk (Gata)
3 pieces Peeled and Sliced Eggplant
1 stalk Whole Pechay (Filipino bok choy)
1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
1 scoop Cooking Oil
1 1/2 cups Bagoong
Preparation
Heat the pan and add oil.
When the oil is bubbling add the garlic.
Once the garlic turns brown, add the onion and stir continuously
Move garlic and onion on one side, don’t let them mix. Then add bagoong on the other side let it heat up and stir the bagoong
Set aside half of bagoong for later. Then mix the remaining bagoong with the onions,and garlic.
Add peanut butter and stir continuously
Add atsuete and water and mix well
Add the boiled beef and mix well
Add the coconut milk and mix well
Cover and let it simmer
Once it boils add the squash then cover
Add string beans then cover
Once it boils add pechay then cover
Once it boils, taste and adjust on your taste preference
