Ingredients

1 cup Lobster broth

1/2 cup Chopped onion

3 cloves garlic

1 tablespoon Butter

1/2 cup san marzano crush tomatoes

1 tablespoon cognac

1 tablespoon marsala wine

2 tablespoon half & half

Preparation

Saute onions in butter till light browned 4 mins than add crushed garlic and stir for 2 more minutes. Deglaze with cognac and wine. add lobster broth and tomatoes and simmer till reduced by 1/3. Stir in half and half and then add pasta.
