This cookie recipe is definitely a keeper. I just love lemon curd and I would like it, if it was in the center of our wedding cake. If you like lemon just as much as I do, you should try these lemon meringue cupcakes.It’s easier to even buy your own lemon curd. You can find them in the jam section in your local grocery store. The jar wasn’t too expensive either. About 3.50 a jar. Now, I’m off to make my own dulce de leche in the crock pot for another cookie I plan on making this week. Hopefully tomorrow. 5 from 1 reviews
