Ingredients
1 pound Linguini
2 tablespoons Olive oil
2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
1/2 Thinly sliced red onion
5 cloves Thinly sliced garlic cloves
14 ounces San marzano tomatoes with juice
2 sprigs Fresh basil
4 ounces Njuda chopped into small pieces
1 1/4 pound Lobster meat
3 tablespoons Chopped fresh tarragon
Preparation
Sate onion in oil and butter till soft for about 5 mins with a pinch of salt then add garlic and cook fir another few minutes
Add basil till wilted
Add tomatoes with juice crushing each in hands and simmer over low heat for 25-20 mins
Cook pasta in boiling salted water till al dente and ave some pasta water for sauce if needed.
Remove basil, add pasta, sausage and then lobster and heat gently
Sprinkle tarragon on top and serve
