Ingredients
1 cup lentils, dry
6 cups vegetable broth
1 cup Celery, Carrots, Potatoes, each
2 onions
2 cups canned tomatos
1 salt, sweet basil, garlic powder to taste
Preparation
Rinse and cook lentils in broth for 30 minutes, add vegetables and seasonings. cook another 30 minutes. Add tomatoes and simmer until tomatoes are cooked.
