Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 chopped onion
1 carrot, chopped
1 celery rib chopped
2 bacon slices
1 bay leaf
2 garlic clove, chopped
1 cup lentils
3 cups chicken stock
1 cup spinach
1 cup orzo, cooked
1 teaspoon salt and pepper each
Preparation
heat oil and add onion, carrots, celery and bcon and saute over medium heat for 5 minutes.
add garlic and saute for 5 minutes, stir in spinach and cook 5 minutes
add cooked orzo,salt and pepper, remove bacon.
