Ingredients

1 cup Chopped dates or figs, packed

1/2 cup Whole almonds

1/2 cup Almond butter

2 tablespoons Honey

1 cup Mom’s Best® Coconut Almond Granola

1/2 cup Unsweetened shredded coconut

2 tablespoons Chia seeds

2 tablespoons Flax seeds

2 teaspoons Fresh grated lemon peel

Preparation

Place cooking parchment paper on tray or baking sheet.

Place dates, almonds, almond butter and honey in food processor; pulse in 1-second bursts about 45 seconds or until finely chopped.

Add Mom’s Best® Coconut Almond Granola, coconut, seeds and lemon peel. Process until mixture comes together into a ball.

Shape dough into 32 1-inch balls on tray.

Refrigerate about 1 hour or until firm. Place in storage container. Store covered in refrigerator up to 1 week.
