Thanksgiving leftovers create this wonderful turkey panini. This sandwich has leftover turkey, cranberry sauce, and thinly sliced cheese. Place it on a panini press or cook it on the griddle for an easy lunch. One of the great things about Thanksgiving is all the leftovers that are taking up your fridge the day after. There’s always leftover turkey and that canned cranberry sauce that no one ate because they think that canned cranberry sauce is disgusting. Am I one of those people? Apparently not and I think it makes a delicious spread on a sandwich. It almost reminds me of jam. so canned cranberry sauce can always be used for something.
Ingredients for Turkey and Cranberry Panini
These are suggested ingredients for creating a low-point sandwich on WW. If you aren’t on WW please use whatever you prefer when making the best sandwich. 😉 Bread - Points will vary for the choice of bread used. Use the scanner app that came with WW to find points for bread. I like Village Hearth Light Italian Bread. It’s pretty low in points. Good crusty artisan bread is what makes this sandwich. Cheese - I like to use Sargento Thinly sliced cheese for making lower point sandwiches on WW. Turkey - If you don’t want to wait until Thanksgiving to try this sandwich use Turkey from the Deli counter. You can make this all year long. 😉 Cranberry Sauce - Use canned or homemade. I have a recipe for Zero point cranberry sauce here. Zero Point Cranberry Sauce Recipe

I get this question quite a bit on Pinterest. That is one reason why I love WW. You can pretty much eat ANYTHING just as long as you stay in your daily points range for that. Points for bread will vary.
