Ingredients
1 pound Baby spinach
2 Onions
2 Onions
6 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon Basil
1 teaspoon Cayenne
1/2 pound Parmesan grated
1 pound Pasta
4 tablespoons EVOO
Preparation
Sauté onions & garlic. Add basil & cayenne. Add bouillon with cream which you’ve heated in microwave to avoid curdling. Add leftover chicken & 1/2 parmesan. Add most of spinach & mix together. Add remaining parmesan then spinach & combine. Bon Apetit!
