Ingredients

1 Boneless lamb joint

1 teaspoon Tumeric

1 teaspoon Cumin

1 teaspoon Pepper

1 teaspoon Coriander seeds

1 teaspoon Paprika

5 carrots

2 onions

5 sticks celery

Preparation

Dry fry spices and grind

Coat meat in spices and leave in fridge overnight

Sear spiced lamb

Add to baking tray with chopped veg

Add 1.5 pints of stock

Cover with foil and slow cook for at least 3 hours
