Ingredients
8 ribs Lamb rib chops
3 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Cumin
1 teaspoon Hot Hungarian Paprika
1 teaspoon Smoked Spanish Paprika
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
2 teaspoons Kosher Salt
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
Preparation
Whisk all of the marinade ingredients together.
Add lamb to a pyrex dish.
Cover lamb all over with marinade and rub it into the meat. Let marinate at least 2 hours and up to 24.
Grill to desired doneness.
