Ingredients

1 Rack of Lamb

1/2 cup Coarse Dijon Mustard

1 cup Chopped Fresh Parsley

1/2 cup Chopped Fresh Rosemary

3 tablespoon Chopped Garlic

Preparation

Cut lamb chops into separate pieces

Sprinkle with Kosher Salt and Fresh Pepper

Cover each lamb chop liberally with Dijon Mustard

In a separate bowl mix parsley, rosemary and garlic (herb mixture)

Coat each lamb chop with herb mixture

Heat grill on High

Place prepared lamb chops on grill and turn as they start to brown

Remove when desired wellness is achieved
