Ingredients
2 cups Sauerkraut (drained and squeezed)
2 cups Broccoli Slaw (prepared)
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Gochugang (Korean Red Pepper)
1 Green Onion (chopped)
1 cup Sour Cream
1 tablespoon Lime Zest
2 tablespoons Lime Juice (fresh)
Preparation
Mix all ingredients, allow to marinate together and serve
