Ingredients
175 milliliters key limes
14 ounce sweetened condensed milk
4 pieces egg yolks
3 pieces key lime zest
.25 teaspoon salt
1 batch whip cream
1 batch graham crust
Preparation
whisk yolks until frothy and a lighter yellow.
add remaining ingredients and whisk well until thickened and frothy.
pour into graham crust. bake at 350* for 15-20min
cool in fridge.
add whip. and extra zest or ribbons.
