Ingredients

3/4 bottle beer [your favorite]

1/4 Onion [large yello, minced]

3 teaspoons Garlic [minced]

1/4 teaspoon Pepper [black, ground]

1/2 teaspoon Tabasco Sauce

1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

1 pinch Salt

1 teaspoon Mustard [dry]

16 ounces Cheddar Cheese [grated]

Preparation

  1. Open beer and let sit for 3 -4 hours.

  2. Add all of the ingredients except the beer to a food processor and pulse until all of the ingredients are well mixed.

  3. Turn the processor on continuously and pour in beer.

  4. Transfer mix to a sealable container. Place a piece of wax paper directly on the cheese and then put thelid on the container.

  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 days. Serve with crackers, veggies or pretzels
