Ingredients

1 packets yeast

1 tablespoons sugar

1 cup water, warm

3 cups flour

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup olive oil

4 pinches Garlic Powder & Italian Seasoning (add as much as desired)

Preparation

In a small bowl, mix warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let sit 15 minutes (mixture should appear foamy when ready)

In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, and any desired seasonings (I like Italian seasoning and garlic powder)

After 15 minutes, add olive oil to the yeast mixture.

Add yeast mixture to flour mixture, and mix. (I generally use a dough hook on a mixer, and mix until it is cohesive ). Cover with a cloth, and put in a warm place to rise for 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 500F

Spread dough onto a cookie sheet or pizza stone. Add sauce, cheese, toppings, etc., and bake at 500 for about 10 minutes, until crust is crispy.
