Ingredients

6 pieces Boneless Chicken breasts/thighs

2 cloves Garlic

1 tablespoon Minced Ginger

1 tablespoon Honey

1/2 teaspoon Allspice

2 tablespoons Lime Juice

1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon Thyme

1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes

1/4 cup EVOO

2 Sliced Peaches

2 Bell Pepper

1 Red Onion

Preparation

Slice chicken, veggies and fruit into kabob size pieces

Mix all spices, oil and lime juice together. Reserve 1/4 of mixture. Pour rest over chicken in ziplock bag and marinade at least 1 hour.

Thread chicken, onion, pepper, and peaches on 8 skewers

Grill 12-15 mins turning occasionally and brush with reserved marinade.
