Ingredients

4 Eggs

3 cups Sugar

1 cup Vegetable oil

2/3 cup Water, cold

1 can Pumpkin, canned

3 1/2 cups Flour

2 teaspoons Baking soda

1 1/2 teaspoons Salt

1 teaspoon Cinnamon

1 teaspoon Nutmeg

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease two large loaf pans, or a set of small ones

Mix all ingredients, alternating wet and dry

Pour batter into pans

Bake larger loaves for 1 hour, smaller loaves for 30-35 minutes
