Italian Shrimp Bake is a fast and easy dinner that comes together in under 12 minutes. Serve this with some orzo pasta or garlic bread to soak up all that lemon butter.  Are you tired of cooking after Christmas? I’ve got the recipe for you. I like this recipe because it comes together quickly. 2 minutes of prep and less than 10 minutes of baking.  The shrimp bake in the oven for 5 to 7 minutes or until they are no longer raw in the middle. Slice some lemons and lay them down on a sheet pan,  Place the shrimp on top and season them with the Italian seasoning mix. Next, add the butter. Now, if you’re on Weight Watchers you could totally use spray butter. The recipe calls for a lot of butter and it’s up to you to decide how much of the butter you need.
