I’m just a food blogger who follows different diets from time to time, whether that be Low Carb or Weight Watchers. I even like to bake and if I feel that recipe isn’t really healthy at all, I’ll leave out the nutrition info. We all have those cheat days where we’ll eat anything we want and that is another reason why if I feel a recipe isn’t healthy, I won’t post the nutrition info. So, how do I tell if a recipe on this site is Weight Watchers? It’s pretty simple! Look to see if there’s nutrition info listed at the bottom of a recipe! The nutrition info will be located at the very bottom and looks like this. In the notes right above the nutrition, I’ll list what the Smart Points and Points Plus value is. Note, that these are two totally different things! Smart Points came after Points Plus so the values of each are going to be off. When I post any recipes that is Weight Watchers, I’ll be sure to tag it under this Weight Watchers, so if you’re coming here strictly for Weight Watcher’s just check this out!
