Ingredients
2 pound ground beef
1 piece red onions
2 pieces green or chipotle bell peppers
5 pieces garlic cloves
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoons oregano, basil
1 teaspoons cumin
1 teaspoons paprika
1/2 teaspoons cayenne, chipotle powder, black pepper, turmeric
12 sprig Cilantro, garnish
1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Heat oil in pot on sauce, cook peppers, onions and spices for few minutes.
Add ground beef and barely brown. Then switch to Manual and cook 10 minutes.
Use natural release when finished, then turn to Saute and cook off some of the liquid.
Serve in tacos or over rice, garnish with tomatoes and cilantro.
