Ingredients

3 Egg

6 Crushed Garlic

1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder

1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder

3 teaspoons Ginger Garlic Paste

1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder

1 teaspoon Chili Flakes

2 teaspoons Sesame Seeds

1/4 cup Corn Flour

3 tablespoons Wheat Flour

1 pinch Salt- As per required

1 Lemon

1 kg Chicken

Preparation

Take a bowl add 3 Eggs, then add 6 crushed garlic, then add 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder, add 1 teaspoon red chili powder, then add 3 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, add ½ teaspoon garam masala powder, now add 1 teaspoon chili flakes, then add 2 teaspoon sesame seeds ,Corn Flour ¼ cup, now add wheat flour 3 tablespoon, Salt as per required, at the last 1 lemon. Mix it well.

Now add 1 kilo Chicken in it and mix it well. (If you think consistency is thin you may add corn flour). (Consistency should be thick otherwise masala will spread while frying). Keep the marination aside for ½ hour.

After ½ hour…. Take a pan fry an oil after frying oil keep the flame on medium and fry all the chicken.
