What is Shrimp Scampi Sauce Made of?

Shrimp scampi sauce is typically made of butter, white wine, garlic, and seasonings such as salt and pepper. Some variations may also include lemon juice or parsley. The sauce is cooked in a skillet until it is slightly thickened, and is then served over pasta or other types of seafood.

What to serve with Shrimp Scampi?

Shrimp scampi is typically served with linguini pasta, which is a long and thin variety of Italian pasta. However, it can also be served with other types of pasta, such as angel hair or spaghetti. In addition to pasta, shrimp scampi can also be served with a side of vegetables, such as sautéed spinach or roasted asparagus. A simple salad or a slice of garlic bread can also be served alongside the dish to round out the meal.
