Ingredients

1/2 cup bisquick (regular, not gluten free or other)

4 bunch eggs

2/3 cups sugar

2 cups whole milk or 2% (do not use skim)

1/4 cup butter, softened or 1/2 stick salted is ok

1 1/2 teaspoons vanillla

1 cup coconut

Preparation

Oven to 350 PAM or grease pie dish, ceramic or glass

dump coconunt pie press and distribute evenly, do not press down

throw everything else and blend for about 2 minutes.

pour on top of cocunut

bake 350 for 40 mins.
