Ingredients
1 scoop ice cream, gelato, or sorbet, softened
2 waffle cookies
Preparation
Spoon ice cream onto a waffle cookie. Top with another cookie and press together lightly. Serve immediately or wrap in waxed paper and freeze on a baking sheet, up to 1 day.
