Ingredients
1 3/4 cups cooked chickpeas
1/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation
Warm tahini and water together in the microwave for a minute.
Combine the first five ingredients in food processor. Process until smooth, scraping down once or twice.
Add the rest and process until smoothish. Taste. Refrigerate.
