Ingredients

1 pieces Onion

3 tablespoon Oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Firstly, cut the peeled onion lengthwise.

In a frying pan, add some oil and then add the sliced onion with 1/2 tsp salt.

Saute well on medium flame without burning the onions.

Within 7-8 minutes the crispy fried onions are ready to use in biryani or curry.
