Ingredients
1/2 cup brandy
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (from 2 to 3 lemons), plus 8 thin lemon slices for garnish (optional)
1/2 cup honey
Preparation
In each of eight mugs, combine 1 tablespoon brandy, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon honey; add 1/2 cup boiling water to each and stir. Serve garnished with a lemon slice, if desired.
