Ingredients
20 grams dried honeysuckle
15 grams dried chrysanthemum
10 grams dried nutmeg mace
2 bags green tea
5 grams licorice slice
10 grams dried mandarin peel
30 grams lemongrass
6 pieces pandan leaves
1 tablespoon lemon juice
200 grams honey
2000 milliliters water
Preparation
Pour water to a medium pot and bring it to broil.
Pound chopped lemon grass and licorice together in a stone pounder.
Add in all herbs and spices except chrysanthemum flowers and green tea bags.
Cover with lit and turn down the fire. Let simmer for 15 minutes.
Put in chrysanthemum flowers.
Let simmer for 5 minutes.
Turn off fire. Drop in tea bags and steep for 1 minutes.
Strain the tea with a muslin bag.
Dissolve honey in the tea at 50 degree celsius.
Add lemon juice and wait for for 5 minutes before enjoy the tea.
